Samsung Electronics to pay $300 million for price-fixing | Bloomberg.com

"(Bloomberg) - Samsung Electronics Co. agreed to pay $300 million, the second-largest criminal antitrust fine in U.S. history, to settle charges it took part in a global scheme to fix the price of computer chips used in personal computers, mobile phones and other electronic devices."
